Moss Valo Police Court. Wednesday, January 12, 1898. Before Messrs. W. S. Oswell, P.M., i. Tate, and J. Cullen, Js P. PolicB v, Adeline Richards, supply ing milk fiom a cow suffering from tuberculosis. The evidence for the prosecution went to show that the enw, which had u lump on the jaw with a running sire in it, was grazing and being milked with the other cows. The defence was (1) that the mi'lt from the cow was being given to the calf; and (2) that the defendant thought the cow had bumped its jaw and caused the !ump.
