' !' nhHE:CbUNTT COMMISSIONERS having JL; made arrangements for securing a loan at 'the next December Term of Court, the board of Relief will continue to issue orders in all such cases as shall seem equitable and proper. The next meeting of the, Board will be on Tuesday, the 10th day of December next. That justice may be done to all parties the Board require that all all applications fpr Relief shall be made in writing, stating that the applicant has volunteered in the Service of the United States under the orders of the Governor of this Commonwealth, also statinjg the exatt circumstances of the family of said Volunteer at the time of the application-, and to be certified by an affidavit of some responsible citizen acquainted with all the facts of the case. : It is further understood by the Board that the Relief granted is only for present necessity, and that the Volunteer-as soon as practicable wlljl forward a portion of his wages for...
