Ho com municated the information to tho propel official, Deputy Marshal E. M. Mills, and the two started for the seat of war. They found a select assemblage of nearly fifty Pimas and Maricopuw down on the edge of tho river, all moro or less under the influence of liquor, and having a glorious time.
