ADDRESS Delivered at the laying of the Corner Stone of the new Presbyterian Church, in Bellefonte, by the Rev. Alfred Youmans, Pastor of the Church.; We are here this day to consecrate the foundation of a christian temple. Sensible.—The Republicans of Hartford, Con., celebrated the election of G i; ajkt and Colfax on Wcdensday night. A pleasing feature of the celebration was that .iSey mouis and Blair Club came out with torches andjoinedin the procession, bearing a banner inscribed: "Let us be Friemls." They were given the head of the lino, and were received with tumultous cheers. The Boston Transcript, speaking of the naturalization frauds, says: "The recent proceedings in the State courts of Pennsylvania and Now York^re not calculated tofmako the people of the New England States change their present method of appointing judges." This is the way Dobtocratic judges maintain the honor of eur courts.
