A . late offer to arbitrate the dispute between the Wabash railroad and the brotherhoods of trainmen and tirenien was made in the United States District Court Friday afternoon just before the conclusion of the arguments in the injunction suit . Attached to an affidavit made by President llamsey of the road and submitted to the court was a stenographic report of a meeting between President Kamsey and the grievance committee representing the brotherhoods of firemen and trainmen .
