BAND CAMPAIGN Wm, BLANKS ARE OUT , The Borger municiapl band movement recently inaugurated by civic clubs of Borger opened its campaign Saturday by circulating application blanks for prospective musicians wishing to join the band, it is the desire of the of- ficers of the Borger municipal band to obtain appplicatious from all musicians in and around Bor- ger at as early date as possible.
