Prime Minister at Rock hampton. — A Great Reception. By Telegram. Rockhampton, Thursday. The Hon. W. M. Hughes arrived at Archer Park this morning, and about 300 or 400 persons turned out to meet him. The Prime Minister was met and welcomed by Mayor Charlton and the City Councillors, ang escorted per motor car, headed by the City Concert Band in a motor bus,; round the city. Mr. Hughes looks well, and had bis arm out of the sling. Alter being duly admired, and not evoking much Interest, the procession pulleg up at the School of Arts, where Mr. Hughes was formally welcomed. The lower part of the building was filled an?
