SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS. WALLAROO PUBLIC SCHOOL. PRESENTATION OF PRIZES. The annual presentation of prizes in connection with this school took place on Friday afternoon, in the presence of a limited number of parents and friends.   Mr JAS. MALCOLM, J.P., Chairman of     the Board of Advice presided. Proceed- ings began by the children singing a chorus, Miss May Malcolm then efficient- ly rendered "Lord Ullin's dauhger." The Chairman then briefly addressed the children. He regretted greatly the small number of parents and friends. From his   own experience in years long past, he knew what a stimulous it was to the children to see a large gathering on occasions like the present. During the   past week be had the pleasure of attend- one of the large Collegiate Schools in   Adelaide, on speech day, and felt glad that so much was being done for the children.
