Mr A. C. Palmer at Nathalia There was a large attendance" at the Public Hall, on Thursday, August 13th, when Mr A. C Palmer, M.H.R., addressed tli e electors on the FeJeral position. The chair was taken by Cr. J. H. Tuckett, win introduced the candi date ,in a brief speech Mr Palmer said he was like Johnny Walker, still going strong, and it was only a truly great man who .was honored with a monument before he was dead, (laughter), and he thanked his friends from the other side for the good advertisement they had given him.
