Through the agency of masonic-mismanagement and profligacy, Pennsylvania has been plunged in a debt of fifteen millions of _ddllars _^a sum almostequaT ttf half "She Tia; tional debt. The interest on this amounts to 700,000 dollars, for the payment of which the most oppressive arid burdensome taxes have been imposed by a masonic legislature and governor.
