CRICKET. CIVIL SEKVICK v. 'PLAYBRS.' : : A match between teams representing ;the Civil Service and The Players was played on the Hellingen oval on Saturday last. The day was not a pleasant one for cricket, a cold drizzling rain falling at intervals. The ball was ' greaBy,' and, though sawdust wnB used, the bowlers were all more or less astray at times, especially after the first'innings of The Players.
