Will President Roosevelt be en dorsed by the Ohio state convention for the nomination in 1904? is the question Washington politions are discussing with unusual interest. Senator Fornkar has announced that lie will introduce in the convention a resolution to that effect and Sena tor Hanna has announced that he will oppose it. Mr. Hsnna Rays that it is too early to adopt a resolution concerning the next national con vention and that a mere expression of approval of the present adminis tration would be the proper method of indorsing the president.
