Reports from tin' jury room early tonight in dicate th.'t the twelve men in whose hands rest the fate of Dr. Dennett ClarU Hyde, on trial charged with the murder of Colonel Swope, are no nearer a verdict than when they first began their deliberations. All sorts of rumors have been cur rent in Kansas City today regarding results of various ballots. One re port was a single juror was holding out against a verdict of acquittal.
