W.- Rodd, the viee-chair. He had exhibited'year after year, and at last found him self among the successful exhibitors.-Mr. Thos. Keys also responded.-On behalf of Mrs. J. Keys, Mr. John Keys responded, promising that next year he hoped to be an exhibitor himself. Mr. MePherson proposed "'The unsuccessful ex hibitore." He thought that ladies should be present at such meetings. Having alluded to the excellence of the exhibits in ladies' work, he said that more and better prizes should be given in that class.
