Lieutenant Dakin, who represented the National Rifle Association at the annual meeting of the Victorian Rifle Association, submitted his report ut the monthly meeting of the associa- tion recently. He said that the in- troduction of thc System of paid scorers presented nu opportunity of watching tho result of the method so strongly advocated by Major Ric- hardson during his stay in Sydney.
