There was but a small attend ance of buyers, but there was a brisk competition for some of the lots nevertheless. Mr. MlUctlSTER is certainly to be envied; for.ho is in a position wherein he may not only establish for:himself, a name as a statesman, but he may alsobe the means of.imitating such a system of manage moent in his department, as will be serviceable for years to come. SYDNEY. The Undercliff Station, with 10,857 sheep, was offered by auction yesterday, by Messrs. Mort and Co., and withdrawn. The Newton Boyd Station, with 1700 cattle, was also offered and withdrawn, but we learn was subsequently disposed of privately, at 65s. per head for the cattle. The herd of horses, &c., to be taken at a valuation.
