SUDDEN DEATH AT   WINTON   MRS ELSIE MAY LEDGER, FOUND DEAD. MRS. Else May Ledger, wife of Mr John Henry Ledger, was found dead in the yard of her home at Greta Road, Winton, at about 8 o'clock on Wednesday evening last. The sad discovery was made by her brother-in-law, Mr Jim Ledger. She had collapsed near the clothes line, and it is surmised that she had been dead for some hours. The late Mrs Ledger who was only   28 years a'of age, and her sudden end at such an early age is deeply re- gretted. She is survived by her hus- hand and two young daughters for whom deep sympathy is felt.   The death was reported to the Benalla police and after giving an or- der for burial, MAr a. Robinson :JP., (in the absence of the deputy coroner, Mir J. Sorpoll) adjourned the inquest to a dats tobe fixed..
