From our Third Edition of Yesterday FTJBTHEE FEOM MEXICO. Nkw Yobk, Feb. 10 -The steamer Eagle from Havana, with" dates to the 6th inst., has arrived. She brings Vera Crnz dates to the Slst ult., and from the City of Mexico to the 25th ult. A long list of unimportant towns are giv'en as having declared their adherence to the Empire. The members ofthe Government of San Luis Potosiappointed by Gen. Mejia after capturing that place, on the 4th inst. unanimously-declared for the Empire. A report from Celaya of Jan. 9th says that ben. tcbagaray was taken prisoner at Salva tierra, and carried to Celaya, by part of the garrison. There had been several skirmishes between the French and the Juarez troopsone at Sati Juande 16s Llanoslasting four hours in which Gen. Garzargla and Col. Romero and a large number of soldiers were captured, billed, &c. The French loss was.one killed and three wounded. A convoy from Jalapa arrived at Vera Cruz on-the 24th, without molestation.
