There is a general feeling throoghont ihn Rtate. in favor of an amendment to the Constitution, giving to Kansas sol dierathe right of suffrage. There are some arguments against it, bat a great m.n nnrl Tor atrnnirer ones, for it. In a rebellion like the present, when a trait or sympathizer has a right to march op to the polls and cast his vote for those who would do their utmost, if in power, to destroj the Government, and crnsh onr armies, it is rather hard that-the sol diers composing that army, who are of fering "their lives for the salvation of their cosntry, 6honld-be denied the privelege of casting their ballots to counteract the votes of home traitors. ...
