Kemp, who recently went to Colorado to rest and im prove his health, is already much improvcu nut lias ucciucu to re main in the west (or a year at least. He was so weakened as a result of continued Jjard, confining work, thaUfhc doctors advise a contin ued stay in the healthy atmos phere of the Rockies. Last week Mr. William McCar ley had an attack of his old trouble of dizziness which made life un comfortable for him some months ago. But this time Mr. McCarley was only slightly affected. He has recovered sufficiently to talk vigorously in favor of Hardin for the next Democratic nomina tion for Governor of Kentucky. The "Hoss Editor" is sick this week, wo are sorry to report. He has turned shaker and is wrestling with an incarnate hend in the shape of an overgrown chill about every other day.
