A lakokly attended meeting of Uio citizens of Chicago, without distinction of party, was hold on tho 11th, for the purpose of inaugurating n- radical re form in the City Government, which It is asserted Is now in tho hands of un principled and corrupt men, who havo fraudulently obtained possession of tho principal offices.
