From Orrgnn. By a rcc-ent arrival from Oregon wo have received copies of tho Spectator of th.' 10th and MA January. Affairs in that territory appear to be in a most unfortunate condition from the tone of the press. A steamboat company for the navigation of tho Columbia and Willamette rivers has been formed and General Lane, Governor of Oregon, appointed the agent of the company to proceed to tho United States.
