THE LATE BOER WAR. LORD KITCHENER AND BOER GENERALS. Loxtdov, Jane 18. Lord Kitchener has sent a tele gram to the Boer Generals Delarey, Botha, and De Wet, expressing his high appreciation of their unflagging energies. Lord Kitchener adds that ; in his opinion it is due to their exer tions' that the burghers have displayed; such loyalty in accepting the changed conditions." The British Commander-in-Chief concludes his message by saying that the King is greatly pleased ■; and that the British people are deeply im pressed by the loyalty of the Boer leaders, whom they are anxious to welcome as fellow citizens.
