Page 4 - Section B - THE SACHSE NEWS - Thursday, February 23,2006 m :C . Wylie Girls Basketball Justin Northwest eliminates Lady Pirates in second-round contest By Shiela K. Haynes It was a disappointing end to an otherwise outstanding season as the Lady Pirates fell 46-38 to the Justin Northwest Lady Texans in the sec- ond round of the playoffs on Friday. Coming into the area round. Northwest was on a roll, having won 10-of-ll games. Wylie fell to Forney in the final district game on Feb. 7, and then lost to Naaman Forest in a playoff showcase on Feb. 11. "They were on a roll; we sat out a week." head coach Michael Oldham said. "Everything was stacked against us. We were really prepared for this team, as prepared as we have been for any team this season. W...
