Moss Vale v. Bowral. [Newspaper Article] — Robertson Mail — 6 June 1924

Moss Vale v. Bowral. The match between Moss Vale, and Bowral resulted in a win for Blues by 15 to 6. Moss Vale had matters pretty well their own way in the first twenty minutes, three tries being ob tained. The game was not long in progress before Bowral was penal ised for an illegal tackle, and G. Aynslcy had a shot 'for goal. The line umpires gave it a eoal. Inil Ihn referee overruled them, deciding in favor of a poster. Still pressing, it was not long before a passing rush terminated in S. Brown sending the ball out to Fenner, who beat the op position, and crossed over. G. Aynsley converted. The second trv was annexed by R. Campbell, who put in a strong run, brushing past those who tackled him, and scoring. Aynsley was again successful in pi loting the ball over the bar. No. 3 try was netted by E.
