George Ed« ward Foske ami Harold Seagrave, damages amounting to £16 14a. for breach of contract. M'r. Barratt ap peared for the plaintiff, and Mr. Walker (Melbourne) instructed by Mr. S. E. Bullen (Boulali) for the defendants. The /defendants en tered into an agreement with the plaintiff to work certain land -at Koaebery on tho shares. 'The breach complained of was that de fendants has disposed of cockie chaff belonging to plaintiff, valued" at. £5^ and hay valned at £12. Plaintiff also claimed for grazing of. twelve of defendants' horses for twelve weeks, £7 4s.
