POLICE COURT     Rev J wilson v Cornelius, David, and James   O'Keefe - Obstruction in the performance of duty. This was a case in which the defendants were charged under the Act, in that case made and provided, with obstructing a duly authorised     minister of religion in the performance of his     duties. Mr Russell of Wollongong solicitor, ap-peared     for prosecution, Mr Ryan defenc Mr Russell after some observations as to the painful nature of the case, and remarking that         the only function of the bench in the premises   was to determine whether there was a case to send to a higher court, called the Rev.
