JUDGMENT IS OVERRULED Request That Decision I?e (liven on Pleadings is Not (I ranted. After deliberating twenty-five min utes the jury announced at 4 o'clock that it cannot agree. It was dis charged. Ir. Paul Schweitzer went on the -tand shortly after 1 o'clock this af ternoon, before a jury of six men. in .1. S. lib-knell's court to testify in tne replevin suit of Mrs. J. T. Vaughn for possession of the organs of the late .1. T. Vaughn. Dr. Schweitzer told that he had re ceived seven organs under seal and that according to instructions be had taken such organs as he desired and made tests with these for poison and had found poison in each instance. A lire which started in Hope's drug store about 2 o'clock yesterday morn ii.g in Centralia burned four large buildings and destroyed property to the amount of lr.o.oun. The buildings destroyed i ontained the largest stocks of goods in the town. With a stiff wind from the north ami few facilities for fighting the fir", the people of Centralia could olfer lit tle resistance. A few minutes aftr the lire had been discovered several bucket brigades turned out and fought to keep the lire from spreading to other blocks.
