ADVANCE AUSTRALIA. ' After visiting many of the existing Woollen Mills, and after much dis cussion with wool-groivers, econo mists, machinery-makers, and yester day with the Australian Woollen Mil lers in Conference, I have come de finitely to- the following conclusions {1) That, although there may be difficulties, there is no real obstacle in the way of the'greater part of Austra lia's Wool Clip being treated, i.e., turned into woollen goods in Austra lia.
