' . A party of five, including a repre- sentative of this paper, made a 30-mile trip oyer rightly constructed highways in the southern part of the county Sat- urday. The trip not only opened the eyes of those who had not made it be- fore to the good roads in that part of the county, but brought out the fact that southern Door county, in parts, is a place of great scenic beauty. The'County Board of Supervisors is now in annual session and this year's meeting promises to be a very inter- esting one. • The session began at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning. Owing to the poor •weather all the supervisors were not present but there was sufficient num- ber for a quorum, the absentees ar- riving in time for the afternoon ses- sion which began at 2:00 o'clock.
