Uoil 2 chickens; when cold, take tho moat from the bones, chop it fino with tho yolks of 9 eggs boiled hard, 2 heads 'of celory chopped ; add sweet oil, mustard, ca yenne, n little salt; mlxltwcll togethor. Hick Piks 1 quart of milk, G eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of ground rlco. Cook tho rico a little in tho milk, stir ring continually whllo on tho fire, and put tho egg in when hot. The rind of 2 lemons and the juice of 1, or any fla vor you chooso. Hastv l'rnimso. Boil some water and thicken with flour, as you would for thin starch ; sift somo coarse meal and stir in until It is quite, thick; keep it boiling all tho time you aro putting in the meal, which must bo done gradual ly; salt to taste; boil it well; put in a bowl and turn out.
