O'Sullivau has succeeded Hawthorne Hill as editor of the Louisville Commercial. ' Of the 118 counties in Kentucky ovei 60 are Local Optiou and many more will vote on it in a short time. Besides there are over 250 precincts in other counties that liavo that law in force. Follieringham, the suspected ex press messenger, is still in jail at St Louis, charged with the express rob bery, but the detectives are still at work on the caso. "Jim Cumuiings" lias not written any more mysterious letters recently. All hands havo agreed upon Prince Nicholas, of lliiigrelia, Russia's choice, for the throne of Bulgaria, Kick was selected in the uick of time, so to speak, and there Is no further danger of war for the present As usual Russia is cock of the walk.
