Carpenter, General Sup erintendent of the Tucumcari Amarillo Auto Co., left here Sat urday morning on a tour of in spectisn over the line and returned Wednesday evening. He reports having booked a number of special parties who will make the full trip from Amarillo, and that the people of Amarillo are very much interested in the line, believing it to be quick means of travel between the two termi nal points.
