A statistical summary of actions taken under similar circumstances in other colleges and univer_* sities comparable to Clemson has been compiled. The following summary was compiled from nineteen replies to 25 questionnairea sent out j There were nine schools which did not exempt seniorsbut of those, twoOhio State University and Stanford University, had early examinations for Seniors * Georgia Institute of Technology has no final examinations at all. The University of Maryland exempts all graduating seniors from finals with no requirements. Lehigh University requires an or average ior exemption.
