Tht ttmtm Framlwo ISlrrtloii, N) far as the Whig party is concerned in California and in Congress, this election is of infinite iinportauce in iia moral effect. Its influence upon the members of the Whig organisation throughout the State will be to invigorate every energy, and to call into existence those latent powers which, cheerfully exercised, are n »t more exalted in their tone than they are resistless in their operation.
