' Holloway'fl Ointment and Pills.' — Dropsical Swellings. — Whatever may be the remote cause of collections of water in the human body, it must be prudent to disperse them as soon as possible. The readiest means of accomplishing this end are supplied by using Holloway's Ointment, to increa-ie the ac tivity of the absorbents. When this Ointment is well rubbed npon the skin, it removes all venous congestion, overcomes all mechanical obstruction to the free return of the blood, and prevents the deposit of sernm and water. Holloway's Pills, likewise, augment this absorbing power ; they act more oircuit ously on the capillaries through the circulation, while bis Ointment acts directly through the skin. Botji should be employed in dropsies and diseases of the kidneys. 10 DR. MELBOURNE. (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPOlffnnKT Tlan/iml^ait 1 Q The political atmosphere lias cleared once wore, and the session has, I may say, closed. LOCAL NEWS. [Newspaper Article] — The Hay Standard and Advertiser for Balranald, Wentworth, Maude... — 18 December 1872

LOCAL NEWS. Hay Hospital. — The weather has set in pretty hot, and the patients are. still located in the old tumble-down place. Why is this ? Who stops the way ?
