Dmiel Kenny pleaded not guilty to a charge pre ferred by one John Brawn of having, on the 13tb day of Jane last, **»tilted and robbed him of bii hone and property ou the horse. The evidence produced tended to show that the defendant bad ni intention of tobbtng the complain ant, and that thn assault »nd t.kiiM; the man's hone, was done nuder the effecs of intemperance. Bobbery not proved ; fined £1 for the aaaaolt.
