The project of that class of Democrats who bedien in Vail ami inghatn ana bow down before Bright, to give success to the rebellion, trbatever may be its fate in the field, is to separate the North West from the Union, and form it iiuo a separate Confederacy, with the purpose ultimately of attaching it to the rebel arrangement, and drawing after it all the other States but those of New England.
