Moses Thatchci and sixteen others 4 protested against paving the three I "9A blocks on the west side of South Main ff street, which has been advertised. The petition sets forth that some of the slgueis of the petition for the walk were secured by misrepresentation as to the cost of the walk. The petition- ers are willing that the walk shall go down If it costs no moie than 75c per foot. II. A.
