Anaconda, May 12.-In accordance with the statement of the Law and Order League made several days ago, Manager Frank Collins of the Margaret theater and a man supposed t the time to have been C'. J. Reilley, manager of the Fraw ley company, but who was not, were ar rested last night during the third act of "In Mizzoura," charg., with violation of the law in permitting Sunday per formances. The warrants were sworn to by A. L. Brooks on behalf of the Anaconda Law and Order League, and were served by Under Bheriff Morgan.
