Whig Meeting.— Pursuant to call of the Whig General Committee a large and enthusiastic meeting of the Whigs of San Francisco assembled at the St. Francis Hotel, for the purpose of placing in nomination a whig candidate for the assembly to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Mr. Watson.
