Natalie is four Barbara Wusterhausen years old and has no sib- tings. Her king will be William Wotf. son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wolf. Five year old William will be attending kindergarten in the fall. "The newly-elected Teen- age Queen is Barbara Wusterhausen. daughter of Mrs. Richard Black and Mr. August Wusterhausen. Barbara is 15 years old and will be a sophomore at Lexington High School. E. Haines of Bastrop, district manager of the Texas Power and Light Company, to become effective right away. Both new rates are similar in form and are known as two-part rates, with a flat charge and an en- ergy charge.
