CIRCULAR HEAD The holidays started at Stanley on Thurs   day (writeses our correspondent), when a Cake -   Fair and Bazaar was held in the Reading     Room, in aid of St. Paul's Church. The   tables were covered with a profusion of   choice edibles, and a brisk business was   carried on.
