The following is recommended aa one of the best treatments for the oure of mange in horses Have the horses as thor oughly cleaned of scab and dirt as possible witha wisp of hay. and by softly and lightly using as a curry-comb. Then j prepare ; a liniment of the following ingredients in the proportions here given ^or greater orless quantities One quart of glycerine, on&gill of juniper. Mix all together and shake well; and with this aatuarate the whole skin, as nearly as, possible, robbing it well with a soft cloth ; dare must be taken to rub it in thoroughly. A little well rubbed in iB better than much merely smeared on.
