Thomas Henry Cavanagh. Mr. Rees R. Jones appeared for thc complainant, Mr. C. S. D. Melbourne for thc defendant, who pleaded cause to show.-Selina Lilian Cavanagh   deposed that she had left her husband, the defendant, on two occasions through his ill usage, during which time he had contributed to her support, on the first occasion she returned to him, he having sent for her ; he contributed nothing to her support until she sued him, and the Bench made an order for fifteen shillings a week the first time, and the second time an order was made for a weekly payment of ten shillings ; the last order expired on January 21 ; she was afraid to return to him, as she believed she was in danger of personal injury ; he carried on the business of a wheelwrig...
