STATEMENT BY BURGESS. Brisbane, Sunday. The following statement has been made by Burgess to Mr. Herbert, -solicitor .' — ' On the morning of the 25th 1 had break fast at a farmer's, about 14 wiled iroui Allora, near the range about 9 o'clock. I left there about 10 o'clock, passed along by the station due west, and canjo to a house. A man resided tho re who stuttered. I' got a drink of water there.
