DEATH OF THE BUSHRANGER BEN HALL. (From Die S. ito. Herald's Telegraphic Cor rcspondent.j Forbes. Saturday, lioon. Beu Hall, tlio bushranger, was shot yesterday morn ing at the dawn of day by sub-inspector Davidson, ser geant Condell, and several troopers, on the Billaboug Creek, about 12 miles from. Forbes. Hall's horses were first seen in hobbles about ten o'cloek on the pre vious night, and shortly afterwards himself, but lie was not identified until next morning, when walking to wards his horses. . Mr. Davidson called upoa liim to stand, but he commcnced running, whereupon Mr. Davidson fired and hit him. Sergeant Condell next fired two shots at him, both of which hit, and at the same moment'four troopers, who were posted iii. tlie scrub in the direction whither he was running, tame forth aud shot him down.
