ATTEMPT TO BURN BISHOP FOGARTY'S HOUSE. LONDON, APRIL 23. — An attempw was made to burn Dr. Fogarty's house in Eunis, Conuty Clare. Petrol-soaked cloth pushed under the door was used. Dr. Fogarty is the Bishop or Killaloe, and is at present in Rome: Intervention or housekeeper and maid, who were severely burned, saved the beautiful property. The Black and. Tans are blamed for the outrage.
