COMMERCIAL. Evening STABjOffice, Wednesday. Messrs 9. Coohrase and Son offered upwards of 1,600 acres of first-c!ass land at Waitoki for sale. There was a fair attendance; but lot 1 (210 acres) having a frontage to the County Boad, and being situated on the bank of the Thames, was the only lot bid for.
