Last night about 8:30)p. m. as Henry Otte was going down Main street near the Sixth Ward meeting house he saw a miUn lying In the middle of the road. Ills first thought was that the man might be Intoxicated but close examination showed that he was dead though he must not ha a been dead but a shoit time as the body was still warm.
